Information we process
We may process account details, verified mobile number, profile information, service addresses, vehicle details where required, booking history, payment references, invoices, ratings, support communications, device notification tokens, and staff operational records where applicable.
Why we use information
Information is used for authentication, booking fulfilment, staff assignment, payment processing, invoice generation, complimentary-service tracking, customer support, fraud prevention, platform security, operational analytics, and service notifications.
Payments
Online payment processing is handled through the configured payment provider. The platform stores transaction references and verification data required to reconcile bookings and invoices, but does not need to store full card credentials.
Notifications
Where permission is granted, push notification tokens may be used to send booking updates, service reminders, support updates and other relevant platform notifications. Device tokens can be removed by signing out, changing notification settings in supported apps, or deleting the account.
Retention
Personal data that is no longer required is removed where reasonably possible. Certain transaction, invoice, booking or earnings records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal requirements. If account deletion is requested while such records must be retained, the account identity is anonymized and access is disabled while required transaction references remain.
Account deletion
Customers and staff can request account deletion using the dedicated account deletion page. The page supports an authenticated deletion request or mobile-number OTP verification when the user is not signed in.
Security
Authentication controls, server-side validation, access authorization, rate limiting, signed payment verification and restricted administrative access are used to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.
